Information about advertisers
When you sign up we collect your business name, your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us (phone, website, business type, service area and a message). We also record the IP address and approximate country you signed up from, to help prevent fraud.
We use this to review your application, run your account, send you account and receipt emails, and contact you about your campaigns. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
Information about people who see ads
When the KeyPleaz app shows an ad, our ad server records an event so we can choose a relevant ad, limit how often people see it, and count results. Each event can include:
- Approximate location derived from the IP address: country, state or region, city, ZIP or postal code and time zone.
- Device information: platform (iOS, Android or web), operating system, browser, device type and language setting.
- The person's role in the app (for example agent or buyer), the placement and ad shown, and whether the ad was viewed or tapped.
- The IP address, user-agent string and an app-provided pseudonymous ID, used for frequency capping, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
We do not use precise GPS location, and we do not sell this information.
What advertisers can see
Advertisers only see aggregated reports and non-identifying event rows for their own ads: time, placement, city, region, country, ZIP, role, platform, operating system, browser, device type, and whether the ad was viewed or clicked. Advertisers never see IP addresses, user-agent strings, app user IDs or any name or contact details.
KeyPleaz staff who run the ad system can see the full event record to operate, secure and support the service.
Cookies
This site uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Sign-up uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Advertiser account and payment records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as the law requires for business records. Ad event data is kept as long as needed for reporting, billing questions and fraud prevention, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
Your choices
Advertisers can ask us to correct or delete their account information, subject to records we must keep. App users can contact KeyPleaz about data from the app. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local privacy law.
