Who sees my ad?
People using the KeyPleaz app to schedule, confirm and run property showings: agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, property managers and the vendors who serve them. You choose which of those roles to reach and where they are.
What does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. Creating an account is free. You only pay when you launch a campaign, and you see the exact price before you pay.
Why does my account need approval?
KeyPleaz reviews every new advertiser so the app stays useful and trustworthy for the people in it. Approval is usually quick; we email you as soon as it is done.
How do I make the ad image?
Once approved you can download a template for every placement. Each template has the exact pixel size and a safe area for text and logos. Upload a PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP. If it isn't the right size, the campaign wizard lets you crop or fit it and shows it on the real app screen before you continue.
How specific can my targeting be?
Down to individual ZIP codes, or down to a single brokerage office. You can also narrow by country, state and city, by app role, by platform, device and operating system, by language, by day of week and hour of day, and cap how many times one person sees your ad per day.
Can I reach only the agents at one brokerage?
Yes. Pick one or more brokerages, down to the individual office, and only agents from those offices see your ad. For example, a lender who partners with one office can show their ad to that office's agents and nobody else. If a brokerage you work with is missing from the list, request it from the campaign wizard; we email you when it has been added.
When does my ad start running?
Immediately after payment. Your campaign runs for the number of months you choose, starting the moment it goes live.
Can I get a refund?
No long-term contracts, but payments are non-refundable once your ad goes live. You can pause a campaign at any time from your dashboard; pausing does not extend or refund it.
What reporting do I get?
Clear reporting on where your ad ran and how agents responded: displays, views, clicks, click-through rate and spend, by day and broken down by location, role, platform and more. Numbers appear as your campaign runs. You can save reports and export CSV. Reports never show personal information about the people who saw your ad.
Can my ad be paused by KeyPleaz?
Yes, if it breaks the ad content standards in our terms (for example misleading claims, or ads that are not allowed in housing). We tell you why so you can fix it.
What is a custom quote?
Some placements are priced by request. Set up the campaign, request a quote, and KeyPleaz replies with a price. Pay it to go live.
